So we're into February and so far so good with this whole working thing. I had to leave (by myself) for a road trip to Lethbridge this past week, and all things considered it didn't go too bad (although I would have been much better if Rowan hadn't been sick and I hadn't been worried about her ending up in some emergency room!). We were also down to Calgary and had a chance to visit both sides of the family for a few days, so it was good quality time for everyone. Not much on the horizon as I won't be heading anywhere again till sometime mid-march, so we'll just be getting back to our tried and true routine around here.
Rowan is walking (with help) up a storm, and while she has been saying "Mama" and "Tato" for awhile now, it appears her first word unrelated to a caregiver is "Hi!", and she loves to say it over and over and over.

Whose kid is it anyways!
Okay, so I know in the beginning (as seen below) that there was no question that this is Andrian's child, but I am adamant that I am starting to show up in bits and pieces...do you see what I see?
Happy Birthday to Nana!
Last week was my first working road trip, so Rowan and Andrian joined me in Calgary for a few days. We were able to swing it so that we stayed in Calgary for a few extra days, and celebrated Nana's 60th bday with her. Unfortunately, 2/3 of the Fun Time Tityk's were sick (me and Rowan) so we've asked Nana for a chance at a do-over as we really weren't much up for celebrating too much....just another excuse to have another party! Anyways, Happy Birthday Nana!

New Do
So this is Rowan's new hairdo that we're working with...her Baba in Calgary helped us start the trend. So far so good in that she's not pulling it out yet!
