Well we've started gymnastics....Rowan still hates the warm up portion and refuses to take part and often yells at the other kids to "stop!" Oh well. It's hit and miss with her participation in all the activites, but in her defense, the class is an hour long and right before lunch time. That being said, she really does like Coach Carmen and responds very well to her, and of course, is all about the stamps they get at the end of class!
Well, big surprise, Rowan was back in the swing at Nana and Papa's! We partnered up with Chad, Michelle and Kayden to head down to Cranbrook for part of the Easter weekend and while the weather could have been a little bit better, there was plenty of outside time anyways.
Oh, and the chairs double as seating for the movies.....where's the popcorn?
As part of our Easter road trip we stopped in Calgary to spend some time with Baba, Gido, Pra-Baba, Auntie Lena, Makaila and Jackson. This was some outside activity on Easter Monday, and Rowan was thrilled to try out her new bike, which Makaila generously gave to her as she had outgrown it. I have to say, after arriving home and seeing it in her own garage, Rowan was very excited to see "my new bike!!"
imes she totally sucks me in and makes me participate in her whimsies! I know, not so flattering for me, but I think this is her rendition of us being "skater girls".

Well February is almost gone and we are still here. This is a shot of Rowan having some quality mall-time with me and her Auntie Lena, as she was treated to her very own fruit smoothie....my little mall-girl....
